Mini Bio

Greetings! I'm Natasha Lockhart, aka Natasha Softpaw. I'm 23 years old, and I live in the mountains of northwestern Virginia. Many of you will know me from LiveJournal, where I use the name

natashasoftpaw.

My interests are quite diverse, I do a little bit of everything. Professionally, I'm a website designer, specializing in writing custom applications with PHP. Artistic pursuits include photography, writing, and graphic design. On the nerdy side, I'm a computer tech, amateur radio operator (particularly fond of APRS and digital operations), and I've been an avid member of the furry community for over 5 years (and can't believe it's been that long). I also enjoy working on cars, hiking, camping, off-roading, and I'm a huge fan of 80s metal music. Favourite web comics include Little Tales, Venus Envy, and Mandy.

Contacting Me
In order to cut down on spam (since LJ's bot-proofing of email addresses sucks miserably), my email address is no longer displayed on my profile. I like getting email from friends, though, so if you need/want to get ahold of me, I invite you to use the contact form on my website, it works just as well, and sends to the same email account. If you create an account there, you can also have the option of sending email to my cellphone from the web form (not available for anonymous users, due to form spam). My messenger addresses are not valid email addresses, do not send email to them!

I'm available via all of my instant messenger addresses when I'm at home, but when I'm out of town, I never sign on with any of them.
